VARESE - Hamlet of Velate.
Velate is an ancient hamlet of Varese at the foot of Sacro Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a stone's throw from the city, a short distance from Lake Maggiore and the motorway network convenient for reaching Milan, Malpensa airport, Como and nearby Switzerland.

"Villa Sorriso" is a historical residence of great importance and charm.

Built by the family of the Princes of Colonna of Rome, it dates back to the early 20th century. It is located in the middle of its park, in a dominant position, with a panoramic view of the numerous other villas in the village and the Campo dei Fiori Park. Privacy is guaranteed.
