The villa was completely rebuilt after the wartime destruction of 1943. Of beautiful and rational architecture, the distribution of the rooms shows how they follow the rule of light, which enhances and caresses every corner of the house.
The reconstruction, carried out immediately after the war, was designed by architect Crespi. To this day, the villa is very well preserved, because it has been constantly lived in and well maintained over the years, with a radical renovation carried out in recent years. It has two living levels plus attic and basement with service rooms.

The property is reached through an ancient lane paved with local stones, on which the memory of the time when it was travelled by horse-drawn carriages resurfaces.
