The Villa Raimondi complex is located within a 50,000 square metre park area where vast meadows are interrupted by wooded areas. The main element of the complex is a large manor house in neoclassical style, commissioned in 1802 by Innocenzo Odescalchi from the Ticino architect Simone Cantoni. In 1826, the property passed to the Raimondi Mantica family, a wealthy family that came to own a dozen sumptuous residences in the area, including Villa Olmo in Como.

The villa is surrounded by a large park that has three entrances from different points, one of them directly from the centre of the village. Attached to the villa complex is the famous and pretty little church, still consecrated, where the wedding of Giuseppe Garibaldi and Giuseppina Raimondi was celebrated.

In the large park, covering some 50,000 square metres, there are tall trees and large lawn areas where a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, changing rooms and a fitness room have been built. Also within the park is a tennis court.

In the noble part of the villa, in the oldest portion dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, we have a flat of approximately 170 sqm. If desired, a cottage with a private, enclosed garden is also available for rent.
